Our goal is your satisfaction!


We offer a 21-day “money-back” guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase return the unopened product or at least ½ of any opened product within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the item or an exchange.  We do not refund the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the unused portion must be returned in the original container.

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase (such as email confirmation of payment). 

Items returned more than 21 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return falls with our guidelines of our policy, we will notify you of the approval or notify of rejection if outside out guidelines.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of  payment, within 7-10 days.


If you have not received a refund within 10 days after notice of acceptance, first check your bank account or with your credit card company again.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or have been damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email to john@bestoftheboneusa.com requesting the replacement.  We will acknowledge your message with instructions for the return.
