It is What is the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)?

The NAQ is a series of over 300 questions covering 18 areas of health that allows Nutritional Therapy Practitioners to assess your nutritional needs.  It is a symptom burden analysis that uses signs and symptoms to help you recognize where your body needs support.   It covers items like digestion, diet, mineral needs, sugar handling, adrenals, thyroid, cardiovascular, and more.  We use this information to recommend specific nutrients or protocols for optimum health, vitality, and longevity.  This is a free service when you sign up for Fullscript.  Contact Kristy at [email protected] for your complimentary assessment.
